Convenience is just the beginning of our patient-focused medical team.
Something as little as a change in name can redefine your perspective on pet ownership and our relationship with you.
At PAW Health, we consider each pet owner as a part of our collective medical team. We rely upon you to administer medications, notice clinical signs, track diseases, and provide us with necessary information to help manage your pet throughout their life.
Being a part of our medical team, it is only appropriate that we refer you and other pet owners as Caregivers.
To that same end, we see your animal, your pet, or your animal family member as our collective Patient.
In the clinic or online you may notice that we refer to ourselves as a individual Support Teams. Dedicated to specific responsibilities within the hospital setting, we have Caregiver Support, Medical Support or Technical Support Staff Members.
We focus heavily on our work environment at PAW Health to ensure every member within our Support Teams are treated as equals so that we may provide well-being for both Caregivers and Patients. From checking in, to meeting your patient's doctor all the way through the check out process, we take performance and efficiency seriously to ensure a superior experience.
